Snom 320, 360, 370 Factory Reset/Update VIA TFTP Server
To Update your phone you will need a local IP address.
Press the settings key > Press 5 Maintenance > Press 1 System Info (Make a note of the IP address {192.168.0.39} and Gateway you'll need this for the procedure below).
Remove the power source from the phone.
Restore the Power after 20 seconds.
Watch the screen and press any button when you see this message: (For TFTP update Press any key).
The next screen will ask for a local IP address (Obtained from the procedure above).
Use the phone keypad to input the following information.
Local IP Address: 192.168.?.? (Use the address found above {192.168.0.39}) press the Next Button.
TFTP Server Address: 204.11.52.130 press the Next Button.
Local IP Gateway: 192.168.?.? (Found from First procedure above {192.168.0.1}) press the Next Button.
Local IP Subnet Mask: 255.255.?.? (Found from First procedure above {255.255.255.0}) press the Next Button.
Press the Check-mark to start the process which could take up to 15 minutes to complete.
The phone should connect to the TFTP Server and download the latest firmware
Do not interrupt the process
