Is this for outgoing faxes???
if so you may need to change these settings on your fax machine
1) Make sure the transmission speed is no higher than 9600baud
2) Disable ECM (Error correction mode)
Some fax machines just have a setting for VoIP lines. If your fax has this setting it will make the necessary changes for you if you choose this mode.
