To change your Snom Dxxx from an attended (supervised) transfer to a blind (unattended) transfer, press the Transfer key (or Xfer softkey) during a call, dial the target number, and immediately press the Transfer key again before the party answers. Alternatively, use a programmed BLF key for one-touch blind transfer.
Steps for Blind Transfer on Snom D735:
Method 1: Direct Method
During an active call, press the Transfer button (or the Transfer softkey).
Dial the extension or phone number.
Press the Transfer button again immediately to complete the transfer without waiting.
Method 2: Using BLF/Speed Dial
While on a call, press a configured BLF (busy lamp field) button for the recipient.
The call will automatically transfer to that destination without requiring you to speak to them first.
How it differs from Attended Transfer:
Attended: You press transfer, dial the number, wait for them to answer, announce the caller, and then hang up.
Blind (What you want): You press transfer, dial the number, and immediately hang up or press transfer again, sending the call directly to the recipient's phone.
